F7 Drive


The F7 drive is the Industrial Workhorse of adjustable frequency drives. It is intended to handle every conventional drive application found in the typical industrial manufacturing plant from simple variable torque pumping to sophisticated networked material handling. With excellent performance and a wide array of configurations and options, the F7 can be the single drive platform for an entire facility. G7 Drive


This amazing AC drive is the ultimate performance solution with increased speed and torque response to provide servo-like performance from an induction motor in speed, torque, or position control applications. In addition, the G7 has the world's first 480V 3-level inverter architecture that eliminates or minimizes the installation problems associated with IGBT switching (very long cable lengths, bearing currents, and common mode currents) and protects the entire motor-drive system. The G7 can be programmed using DriveWorksEZ™. This is a PC-based, object-oriented, graphical icon, programming tool that is friendly to the user.




J1000 Drive

V7 Drive


The V7 is a low cost, high performance compact drive, operable in V/f or Open Loop Vector mode. In addition to good speed regulation, open loop vector control also provides higher torque at lower speeds. The V7 is ideally suited for applications such as conveyors, grinders, centrifuges, pumps, fans,blowers, machine tools, packaging, food processing, and commercial laundry.

For wet and dusty indoor environments, theV74X drive with integral NEMA 4X/12 enclosure is recommended. For DeviceNet network applications, the V7N with embedded Device Netis recommended. The V7 / Configured package provides a V7 in a NEMA 1 or NEMA type12 enclosure, with space for several commonly used options, such as reactors, input filters, circuit breakers, etc.

Earlier versions of this product were named GPD 315/V7, GPD 315 or VS Mini V7.



Rotary Servomotors


Yaskawa was the first company to mass produce servomotors employing a segmented stator design. This process uses individually wound stator segments that are grouped together, press fit into the motor body, and impregnated with resin. The result is improved heat transfer, dramatic reduction in motor size and cost, and the best quality and reliability available. Yaskawa has leveraged this technology to become the largest servootor manufacturer in the world and produced the 7,000,000th AC servomotor in 2009.

SGMAH Sigma II


The SGMAH servomotor series has a low-inertia design for extremely fast accelerations and short settling times. There are five frame sizes including NEMA 23 and NEMA 34 flanges providing up to 1,010 oz-in of peak torque. 100 and 200 volt windings are available with rated speeds of 3,000 rpm and maximum speeds of 5,000 rpm. An 8,192 ppr incremental serial encoder is standard. The SGMAH is rated IP55 (not including the shaft). Options include a 65,536 ppr absolute encoder, NEMA flange, shaft seal, and holding brake.

SGMM Sigma Mini


The SGMM servomotor series is designed for precise control of very small loads. Two motor sizes are available in 10 or 20 watts with a flange size of 0.98 inches (25mm). 24 VDC windings are available with maximum speeds of 5,000 rpm. An 8,192 ppr incremental encoder is standard. The SGMM is rated IP55 (not including the shaft). Options include a holding brake and shaft with or without a flat.
